   After I upgraded to 3.2 I have noticed that the help dropdown is blank on every page. I reinstalled uograde and it is the same. Where did "Help" go?

   A blank page after an upgrade is usually caused by a faulty plugin. You can check this link for a possible solution to your blank page issue:

   Thank you, you were right. I re-installed WP 3.2 and one by one reactivated plugins and found which plugin caused the help section to blank out. I have a request in to the plugin developer to correct the problem.

   Could this also be the cause of a blank Add Image (or any other media) pop-up?

   I had a similar problem. After upgrading to 3.2, none of my drop downs would work. I upgraded those plugins that needed it and now everything works fine!
