   I am hoping someone can help.

   I've added a line between posts on my main page as below. However there's a large space which emerges between the between the bottom-border and next post header. I don't know where it came from and I am not sure how to fix it.

   Look at the problem: Flaash.org

   In my style.css:
   .clearfloat{
   clear:both;
   }
   .border_bottom{
   border-bottom:1px #e2e2e2 solid;
   padding-bottom:9px;}

   In my index.php:
   </div> <!-- article -->
   <div class="clearfloat border_bottom">
   </div> <!-- block -->

   Also, for some reason the line does not appear when I put the code before the </div> <!-- article -->. I am not sure if it's because I am using the "Thumbnail For Excerpts" Plugin.

   Can anyone help?

   I can't figure out for the life of me and would appreciate a solution so I don't lose my head :)

   That space is caused by the CSS rule for .block:

   .block {
       margin-bottom: 30px;
       padding-top: 10px;
   }

   Reduce the margin-bottom.
