Help Putting a custom header on this theme.

hi all, I found the perfect set up I think for my site for now.

I would like to use the one you see here @ http://www.investmentnation.com/blogtest

I was wondering if someone could tell me how or lead me in the right direction on where in the code to put the header since It doesn’t really have one?

I am going to be using kimili to put the flash header in.

The flash header I am putting in looks exactly like this: http://www.investmentnation.com/about.html

Also the last thing I can’t seem to figure out, is the AD space that is in the blog…. where do I put my adsense code to get in the AD space?
