   Hi,

   I have a wordpress blog I have just set up. I have a total of four pages which are MAIN, FOOTBALL, POKER, LIFE. When I write a new post I cannot find a way to place it in the correct category i.e. a football article in the football page. What happens is that the post always just gets put in the MAIN page.

   I've looked in the help sections that wordpress offer with no success. Its beginning to wind me up now!

   Any help would be much appreciated. I'm sure there is a simple way of doing this!

   Is your Football page set up as a page or a category?

   Post a link to your site, and I should be able to tell from looking at the source.

   The Football page is not a category, it's a page. You need to create a category called "Football" and then assign your football articles to that category. Watch the video here:
