   hi,

   I have chenged the permalinks not really knowing what it does :-(
   Now the site cannot be found and I cannot even log into the site admin anymore. Can someone help please?

   fix the 2 url's to be correct with one of these methods
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL
