   i've uploaded an mp3 to http://www.ronniewhittaker.com/wp-content/uploads/topintro.mp3

   but when i put this address into a browser it can't find the file!

   Use your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel to look inside the uploads directory to confirm that the file actually exists. If it does, note the exact file name and correct it if required. If it doesn't, take note of the original file size. If it's greater than 2MB, your file upload may be failing due to the upload size limitations set in your hosts php configuration. Your options then would be to simply upload the file to its destination using an ftp client, or ask your host for their approved method of increasing the allowed size of file uploads for your site.
