For the domain tips-for-panic-attacks.net using the theme glossyblue
I would like a page in my blog to open directly to a forum, which is currently at forum.tips-for-panic-attacks.net. How do I make that happen?
I would also like to create a page out of my amazon bookstore. I would like to click a page tab and have the bookstore open up? Maybe a redirect of some kind would work or what do I have to edit in the files?

copy this file and save as redirectify.php
upload to plugins folder
activate plugin
go to add/edit page
input page title only - nothing in body
scroll down to custom fields
add custom field with name - redirect
value - whatever url you want page redirected to
publish page

When you say save file, do you mean copy and paste to word and save as redirectify.php??

don't use word - use notepad or similar. Word adds garbage code.
