I was helping a friend today who wanted to upload a new custom header for her blog. I went into the Appearence, Themes and downloaded Tarski. When I uploaded it, it showed up in the theme options so I selected it and asked it to apply theme. Now the blog doesn't work at all and this message comes up...
Fatal error: Class tarski_widget_recent_entries: Cannot inherit from undefined class wp_widget in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/167204/webspace/siteapps/11402/htdocs/wp-content/themes/tarski/library/helpers/widgets.php on line 81

I can't even get the login page to open so I can put in my username / password because that error message comes up when I try (http://www.blog.rockymtnbridalshow.com/wp-login.php).
And now, when I try to use the exact same username / password to log in (that I just used to change the theme) at the generic WP site it doesn't work anymore!! What the heck

Please help if you can! I'm not super tech savvy, but I've changed my theme and header a million times on my wordpress.com site so I didn't think it'd be a big deal. Now her site is down and I can't figure out how to fix it for the life of me!!!

Any help would be really appreciated. thanks

This will work the site is hosted on her own host account

If you know how to go in myphpadmin database than follow this steps
    once in your myphpadmin
    look for wp_options
    click first icon browse
    go on page 2
line 45 click on pencil and change to a working theme name and click go
and do the same in line 46

once you done that you should have your website back.

Thanks for posting. I don't know how to go in myphpadmin and am afraid I might mess her site up even more if I do login. Are there any other options you can think of?

ok I found some thing that I did not know
Access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the tarski directory. This will force the Twenty Ten theme to activate.
