Help please!!! how do I use the Plugin "Random file" on wordPress. I installed it but I cant see it under settings or widgets. when i go to the plugins section its says it is active. Please help

Is there a readme.txt file in the plugin's folder? Have you tried reading it? Did you check the plugin author's own site?
