I am trying to open my website, but I can't get it to even open. What am I doing wrong. The site is http://www.nozomashii.com ... can someone please get it to open and if not.. what can I do??

Who is your host?
It's probably best to check with them that your dns settings are setup correctly.After your domain's dns settings are setup correctly, you need to upload via ftp a simple static index.html file, to check that this is working correctly! - This may take between 24 and 48 hours to update depending on your isp/website host.
After doing all this, get back to us.
