   I am having a little problem with the Gazzette theme.
   Initially I was able to choose which categories I would want to appear on the feature slideshow section of the homepage etc.
   But for some reason when I go to the Gazzette Edition Options I am unable to choose any categories, eventhough I have categories for my posts. This therefore means that all the posts are automatically going onto the features slide and the page looks rather distorted.
   Any advice on how I can fix the issue?

   I'm having the same problem.

   I updated to WP 2.8 and I don't have any categories to choose from in my Gazette Edition Options.

   My frontpage is messed up and won't function properly.

   Any suggestions?

   It seems like you guys figured out this problem...how do you solve the category problem?

   All you have to do is upload the latest nightly build of 2.8, it will fix that problem.

   Hello,

   I looked all over for an answer to this problem I have with the Gazette theme. I managed to get the home page carousel working and it shows the images i have in the post.

   The only problem is that even if my image is the exact dimensions of the carousel (595x270) on the homepage the carousel zooms the image and just part of it can be seen (obviously when doing that the image quality drops and it looks really bad).

   Is there any way around this? Thank you very much. Hope to get an answer to this one from someone with more experience with this theme than me.

   The solution is posted in another thread. Go to the last line in your style.css themes folder. And edit 930 to 595
