This has been on for a while:

Notice: PHP caching enabled but Supercache mod_rewrite rules detected. Cached files will be served using those rules. If your site is working ok please ignore this message or you can edit the .htaccess file in the root of your install and remove the SuperCache rules.

I’ve updated the mod_rewrite rule after installation, now I want to return to “Use PHP to serve cache files.” But it won’t let me because I’ve updated the file.

It says I should remove the mod_rewrite rules in the .htaccess.. but the last time I overwritten something on the site’s files my site went down. haha, will uninstalling and re-installing solve this?
