I am currently building a wordpress site that will act as an information panel to public users. I have several bars/restaurant in the area that would sign up for a membership account (WishList) and create their profile. Their profile would include all of their weekly specials, their location, reviews of the establishment, etc. Does anyone know of a way to rotate or publish each establishments specials on each corresponding day of the week? For instance, on Monday a daily specials widget on the sidebar could show all of the 'Monday' specials for each bar. The only people that would be members are the establishments as this would be a way for them to advertise.

Their profile would include all of their weekly specials,

If their profile includes specials, is there some consistency to the way that special data is stored? Meaning, how do you expect to extract the Monday specials data--is that data delineated in a fashion to allow you to extract just Monday's info?

That is what I am trying to figure out. I would like to tag each establishment with some keywords like 2for1 and Happy hour so when this is searched each establishment will show their specials. However, I also want the ability to have a scrolling marquee-like side bar showing each days specials. I could create 7 separate pages and modify them as new people subscribe but I want to keep the admin time to a minimum.

I want this be a worth-while adverting dashboard for local establishments.

What about a post for each day for each establishment's specials, use a category for the establishment, use a tag for the day of the week, then on Monday display all posts with a tag of Monday.

That would work great. I suppose I could put a link to the establishments profile from the post. Is there anyway that you know of to automate the post process? I already have over 50 clients that ready to signup but I would not have time to post 50 things each day.

    1. Hire someone
    2. Use a plugin to import posts from a CSV file
    3. Use a plugin like:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sidebar-post/
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/
    http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-plugin/
