[HELP!] Notification Plugin which notifies changes in page.

Hi. I’m making a simple WordPress website in which there is a table which I created using the WP-Table Reloaded Plugin. Now, I need a system by which people can opt-in to a mailing list and get notified about the changes on the page, when I modify the contents of the table. The table uses a shortcode, so I can’t use standard change notifier plugins…

Please help me, I need to do this urgently…

btw, the html code of the page changes when the table is changed, so maybe I could use a third party software/site/widget that detects these changes, and then mails them to subscribers… But then I also want subscribers to opt-in. Tell me if you know about such a service or widget.(free)
