   i am using the new u-design theme and my custom fields dont work so i cant get rid of the sidebar or owt can someone help me plz

   u-design is a premium theme and as such, is not supported here. It has lots of sidebar customizations going on. You need to contact the theme developer for support, http://support.envato.com/

   Your best option is to contact the author of the theme, which you can do from the contact form on their ThemeForest profile page here: http://themeforest.net/user/internq7

   (For reference, Envato developed ThemeForest, ThemeForest authors develop the themes)
