Help! Need a new page for Calendar plugin

Hi there

I have this plugin called ‘calendar’ and the only way to use it is to create a new page with WP Admin/Editor.

My theme is the same all the way, but I want to have my calendar page different and because the ‘calendar’ plugin only works if I create a page from the admin/editor, so how would I create the template with the same ‘header’, ‘footer’ and ‘container’ but without my ‘left-sidebar’; ‘content’ and ‘right-sidebar’? That way, I can only have my calendar displayed on the ‘container’.
