   Hi, I am very new to this. I have been trying to figure out how to spread out the navigation links so they take up the whole length of the page. I am also trying to change the hover and active color of the navigation links. I've tried editing the CSS in all possible navigation sections but nothing is working. If someone could explain in clear english how to do this it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

   Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS work.
