I have a site using Twenty Twelve and was doing some editing across the site, and when i got back this afternoon found that some strange yellow boxes apear above and below all my posts across the site… so when i click into any posts under the menu, those boxes will appear,,, could anyone help me to find out where was the problem!?!?

basically i removed the codes related to category archive, added tracking code as well as some header code edit, but really cant figure out where this problem came from..

    Thanks so much in advance!

Please provide screenshots of the issue & say which browser & browser version the issue persists in.
I cannot replicate the issue in the latest Google Chrome browser http://awesomescreenshot.com/052qdbt6a

Have you tried disabling plugins to explore whether any could be responsible?

Do not edit the Twenty Twelve theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. First create a child theme for your changes. Or use a custom CSS plugin.
