• for some reason my webpage, http://theprolific.com/, won’t show in internet explorer. I have a feeling the problem is connected to when I publish an article, but I think I am doing everything normally. If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it!

  • I see the same thing in IE7 as I see in Firefox. It appears to be functioning normally.

oh boy, well then maybe something is just wrong with my computer. which I guess is even worse…

    Hi

I’m new here but I like to suggest something.

Consider not using Internet Explorer as I have recently decided because of serious vulnerabilities which has been warned by users (i.e. Microsoft !) for several days now.

My suggestion: Try Safari, Opera or similar alternatives. Google not quiet to recommend because of mass violation of the Bern Convention, International and local laws concerning the privacy of internet users.

    My experience?

I was too late for that. Crucial data was already changed which was the cause that IE 7 did no longer work properly. So, logging in onto whatever was no longer possible. IE 7 was used to break into my computer and to changed crucial data to login.

Now, I’m working with different browsers at the same time.

I hope this message is useful to anyone.

@world-blogger: The only problem with that advice is that the vast majority of the rest of the world does use IE, so even if you don’t personally use it, you do need to make sure your site is displayed correctly in IE…else, you run the risk of being able to see it fine yourself in Firefox (which I like and use), but most of your visitors, who will be using IE may not be able to see it.

    Just a thought…
