Hey guys new to the forums here. I just got my site up and have been working on it and last night it got deathly slow and I have no idea why its painful to work on now and I'm sure painful for the very few people who visit my site to load pages. Please help I have no idea what went wrong.

I visited the website and I don't think it is slow at all? What connection speed are you working with techstopp?

i got rid of all plugins I wasn't using, I tryed a different browser. Tryed laptop, desktop, mac, windows. But I mean, I guess as long as it works for people visiting then its not as big of a deal as I thought but its making it very difficult to get anything done. Coould it be my host?

Have you tried using a caching plugin? There are some great ones in the WP plugin directory. Also it could be your hosting depending on who you are hosting with.
it is slow... i have 100MBps and it takes time to load... very slow

No to be honest I have no idea what that is. Is there any one in particular you would recommend? I host with godaddy, it wasn't till after purchasing the hosting that I heard they were bad so hopefully thats not the problem I would hate to have to go through the headache of switching.

I recommend 'Db Cache Reloaded' to our clients and personally use it on my WordPress sites. WP Super Cache is also a good one.

Good to hear techstopp. Take a look at the plugin descriptions, each one is a little different but you can get an idea of what they do.
