Help, my site is being copied by someone else

Through Google alerts, I found this site:
http://www.davecrate.com/

Aside from the sticky post at the top, this site has been copying my posts for almost a month now.

First, how is he doing this? The posts are coming up as his own on his site, so it doesn’t seem to be a simple RSS feed.

Next, how can I get him to stop? The only way to contact is to leave a comment, which I haven’t yet. Trying to gather info before I do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
