I've had a problem where hackers are uploading phishing files to my client's site. I've got the latest version of WordPress, I did a complete re-install of WordPress, went through and deleted all the PHP scripts I could find that shouldn't be there, reset the master FTP password, wordpress login passwords, database password, and used computer generated passwords that would be hard to decrypt, and yet the hackers are still able to upload files to our site! I don't really know what to do. Is this something that the service provider should be responsible for?
