Whatever replies I make or create new posts in wordpress forum are not visible to others. This is happening since many months. Can someone read this and help please.

They become visible. You're just being tagged as spam by the automatic system. it happens, we notice, we correct it :)

Actually you didn't. We always clear it out every day, multiple times a day. There may, at most, have been a delay in people seeing them, but they always showed up. You can relax.
