Help!!! My Blogs disappeared!

    I’m using wordperfect 3.6.1 version.

    i put some of my articles in the recycling bin. They disappeared.

    I didn’t know they could disappear. Can I trace them?

    I am very frustrated.

    I’m sorry but I think you may have WordPress confused with WordPerfect. You’ll want to reach out to WordPerfect for help with this.

    If I’m wrong however and you did mean WordPress, you’ll want to look for the Trash section on your Posts or Pages section located here http://cld.wthms.co/RqV9. If no items appear, you may want to reach out to your host if there’s a possibility to recover a previous state of your site.

    Thank you. It is wordpress 3.6.1 version, my bad.

    They are lost completely. I didn’t realize that the trash bin could empty out itself.

    I think my host has a backup, but I have little confidence. They may be too busy. Is it a duty for them to help me?

    That will depend if your host keeps a backup of your site. It’s worth asking.

    Note: I highly recommend updating your site to the latest version of WordPress once you’ve restored your site. http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress
