    I have the wave template, and I removed the note thing because I did not want it, and I also wanted to know how to make it so on my index page it only shows posts from a certain category I tried this code but it failed, anyone can help?

    <?php get_header();?>

    <div id="news">

    <div class="single">

    <div class="head"></div>

    <?php if (in_category('1')) continue; if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>

    <div class="post" id="post-<?php the_ID(); ?>">

    <h2>" rel="bookmark">

    <?php the_title(); ?>

    </h2>

    <div class="pgentry">

    <?php the_content(__('(Show me more...)')); ?>

    </div>

    <div style="clear: both"></div>

    <div class="left">

    <?php _e("Dropped in:"); ?>

    <?php the_category(',') ?>

    around

    <?php the_time() ?>

    </div>

    <div style="clear: both"></div>

    </div>

    <?php comments_template(); // Get wp-comments.php template ?>

    <?php endwhile; else: ?>

    <p>

    <?php _e('Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.'); ?>

    </p>

    <?php endif; ?>

    <?php posts_nav_link(' — ', __('« Previous Page'), __('Next Page »')); ?>

    </div>

    <?php include (TEMPLATEPATH . '/sand.php'); ?>

    <div style="clear: both"></div>

    </div>

    <div style="clear: both"></div>

    <?php get_footer();?>
