   hiii,
   i'm using the new wordpress 3.0.3
   after i installed a plugin called Category Visibility-iPeat Rev
   i have no right to access to my home page this is the page http://tn-warez.com/ its get me an error 403 forbidden i deleted the plugin same problem... changed .htaccess same problem... the problem is i have no my ftp identification because i hosted my site at my friend server... and i try to contact him many time and he don't respond...
   so please give me a way to change file permission of index.php
   i can access to my controle panel but only index.php is blocked...
   thank you...

   Try resetting the plugins folder.
