   Dear All,

   I am having one of my theme which i want to release on wordpress.org.But upload theme dosent have any facility to upload my theme.

   It asks for creating user and register link redirected me to themes download page.

   I am already registered with the website.

   Please help me in this issue.

   You mean themes.wordpress.net. The theme site is under new management and is currently in the process of updating and cleaning up, uploading will be back eventually. Here is a post on the themes viewer.

   Room for one more? And here I thought I was the only one having trouble with this "Theme" business. I wanted to upload a 3-column theme and had no success. Guess I'll have to stand in line, huh? Somebody please send me a note if I fall asleep at the wheel. And as a truck driver, I mean that figuratively, okay? Thanks!

   In this last update, they talk about bringing uploading feature back soon. I think it's great news.
