   Hello

   i am using a theme from [ redacted ] and it has a encrypted footer, i dont like the link on footer of my blog, when i try to change the footer links my blog shows error,
   please help me

   I'm sorry but your chosen theme is not released under GPL. Non GPL products are not welcome in the WordPress community. Official WordPress policy states that all plugins and themes that are publicly released are required to adhere to http://wordpress.org/about/gpl/

   Also, given this particular theme provider, I would strongly recommend that you read this article and consider changing to a theme from a reputable source asap.

   Did you read the article esmi linked to? What do you mean by "risk"?
   The theme won't work without the footer links.

   Put it this way - I wouldn't touch that theme with a very long bargepole.

   :D i have decoded that theme and i have removed all that functions causing footer ads :D :) thanks you guys anyway
