Currently, I'm using StudioPress, but I can't change the header, no one will help me, so I need to part ways.

    What I liked:

The grab me button in the top right
    the double widget colums
    the preplaced adsense spots
the overall look (professional and color scheme wise).

    Any ideas?

I'm using elegantgrundge. I really like it. It's got two sidebars plus a footer section.

Have you looked through the themes already??

I want to use my blog as a website mainly: Many written pages to be copied from Word into my "website". I need advice on two issues:
    1. A theme where the menubar on top functions with drop-down menus. Any suggestions? (It must obviously have the features of a nice looking website with side bars also)
    2. Could anybody suggest a way (theme) whereby superscripts and footnotes from Word, gets imported as pop-up notes in the text.

    Thanks
