   Definitely the new design, the current one is nice, but the new one sticks out better IMHO.

   I like that the contents are "framed" ..

   I like the old one because it basically fits on the page without the need to scroll. It's plain and simple - but it suits the purpose.

   The old one appeals more because the links are closer to where my eyes are looking.
