   Renamed index.php in root directory for temp changes to existing index.html

   When changed back lost formatting and ability to access admin or log in

   moved to new folder as updating html old site

   see http://www.philharmonic-association.com/com/ to see lost format

   theme is Echoes

   any suggestion would be received with gratitude

   would like to keep posts and pages

   I see this in your html source file:

   http://wp.philharmonic-association.org/index-wp.php/wp-content/themes/echoes/style.css

   The part index-wp.php makes no sense. That's not an appropriate name for a folder.
