Help! We are new to wordpress, and have lost access to admin. When I use the admin login it just takes me to our site, which is now all wonky looking.
We wanted our header image to link to our root home page (which was not the default home page link). I changed the links in our general settings, and now can't access admin at all to change anything back.
Please help! This site is supposed to go live this afternoon.

yes, I know that is what I need to do, however, I can't access the admin at all. what i see when I log in to the admin is the actual page whose link I posted. Is it because I am using a remote access link, as opposed to accessing on the actual computer we downloaded wordpress to?
also, when I do change the links back, is there a way to remove/edit the header links?

I can't access the admin at all.
Now try actually reading the page at the link I posted above. Nothing on that pages requires you to login to your Admin area.

my apologies if I am using the wrong term. I can't access the dashboard, or any of the back end of things. Therefore I can't edit pages, links, menus, general settings, or any other aspects of my site. the link i used to log in to the dashboard and back end of things now takes me to the site itself.

logging in on this page takes me to the wonky looking user end site, whereas before I made the change it logged me in to my dashboard.
Now try actually reading the page at the link I posted above. Nothing on that pages requires you to login to your Admin area.

my husband is an IT guy and i know you are thinking I am a stupid end user. I do not have access to the config or login files or any of the localized files for our WP site. I work from home. I was hoping there was still a way for me to make the fix I need to without involving our IT department at the office.
from your repetitive posting of the link for changing urls, I am guessing that I cannot do what I was asking about remotely from home without access to our localized files.
