I am not well versed in wordpress. Yesterday I installed the plugin and I believe that I activated it (not positive). Then I went on my merry way until my web designer could help me set it up. Now I cannot log into my website! I've looked on your forums for similar issues, and there are suggestions, but they are written toward people who actually speak tech language. I speak only English. Ha!

What do I do so I can get into my site?

    Hi Jill,

If you are sure that the reason of your problem is User Role Editor, just delete its folder from the file system. Use FTP or your site hosting control panel File Manager for that. Go to wp-content/plugins folder and delete "user-role-editor" folder. When you visit your site plugin will be automatically deactivated.

If finally the reason of your site blocking is "User Role Editor" it will be useful to get from you additional information: error messages, any unusual output during plugin activation, your WordPress and PHP version.

    Regards,
    Vladimir.
