Help!! installation problem

    Help!!

    I’ve uploaded all and when getting in wp-admin/install.php i get the following…

    Warning: main(E:\Home\vhosts\free.jaywebdesigns.com\subdomains\culpable\cgi-bin/wp-includes/wp-db.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\Home\vhosts\free.jaywebdesigns.com\subdomains\culpable\cgi-bin\wp-settings.php on line 39

    Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘E:\Home\vhosts\free.jaywebdesigns.com\subdomains\culpable\cgi-bin/wp-includes/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.;./includes;./pear’) in E:\Home\vhosts\free.jaywebdesigns.com\subdomains\culpable\cgi-bin\wp-settings.php on line 39

    What does this mean???

    Who is your host ?
    Did they say to put wp into the cgi-bin directory ?

    Your directories are most probably wrong. The files need to be found in (probably) \subdomains\culpable directory and not inside the \cgi-bin directory.
