help inserting flash movie into body

Hi there. I am not very good with php at all.
I can easily modify my template to suit my needs in most cases (www.darkmotion.tk) is my current modified blix theme. I am trying to insert a flash movie player into the header. The thing is that the movie loads into the header, but music refuses to play. Hoever when i point the browser to the location of the swf it plays. This might mean that the swf gets stored in temp??

So now what i would like to do is possibly place a swf in a layer above it or even on the side margin (grey).

I am good with my flash skills, but not php. If anyone can help me out I will deeply appreciate it.
