hi, logged in today after a month away and my homepage has been replaced with an index of the files on the host server.
i can't see what went wrong.
even if i go to admin.php it does the same.
if i click on a page or link it works fine so its just the main index.
any ideas please.... its my business website.

What's in your .htaccess file? It looks like it can't read the index.php file, which usually means a weird call.

Thats what i thought but at first glance it looked ok.
Then you mentioned it and i had a second look.... the first line was empty which looked odd... then i realised its completely missing the line
directoryindex index.php
it works fine now and a big thanks for helping out.
