Hi there. I'm back again because I have a major problem with my RSS, .htaccess files, and permalinks.

Whenever I tried to ping my blogs whether in Technorati or Bloglines, or RSS validator sites, lately I've notice them claiming that I have 404 - not found errors on my RSS and is unable to update my feeds, while every time I click on the links to the RSS feeds, the feeds appeared and the update works just fine and I can gain access to them.

My question is why are sites like Technorati telling me I have 404 errors and unable to update my sites while my rss works and update itself just fine? Is that have to do with permalinks, me screwing up the .htaccess files, or what?

    What should I do?

Could we have a link to the feed in question?

I'm back. If you guys find that there's nothing with my blogs, don't blame it on me, blame it on the byethost servers who have installed some new firewall that must have been blocking access to sites like Technorati and Feedburner. They're tracking down the source of the problem and fixing it at this time. I sure do hope that's the one that's giving me problems with site access.

I'll let you know when everything is solved. Otherwise, I may have to move my wordpress.org sites elsewhere.

They just fixed the firewall. So, now my blogs, especially my feeds, work perfectly just like they should! Now I can go back to using byethost again. :)
