   i deactived an app and bam this mess pops up.
   i deleted the app off the sever and still the same message.
   i am totally confused.

   It looks like either you removed an opening <?php tag somewhere (my guess would be in wp-config.php), or you've somehow turned off php altogether.

   Or on the wp-config, there could be space before the opening <?php or at the end of the file that shouldn't be there.

   This has exposed the contents of the wp-config including the database login credentials -so be sure to change at least the password asap
