   HELP! I need some help. These are basic questions for some of you, but I'm lost trying to make changes to the blog pages.

   My WebPress was installed using the iPower vdeck. It was successful installation so I'm hoping everything I need for the blog is already there. My blog is setup at http://www.seniorsomething.com/blog.

   I need to change the Header color and the text color in the side navigation panel. Being able to ad links to the navigation panel would be nice too.

   I also want remove the Just another WordPress weblog text and replace it with my website name in the same color as in the text in the navigation panel.

   One other major question for me. How do I setup categories?

   I just want to get the blog running now so I can start generating some traffic. If I can do that, I'll take care of the other questions later.

   I didn't realize how many questions that turned out to be.

   If someone could point me to some posts that might address my questions that would also be very helpful.

   You may experience a conspicuous silence to your request for help in this particular case. I think everyone in the forums are extremely helpful and community spirited, but there is also fairly short thrift for those seeking quick fixes who appear to have taken no time to read the most basic instructions and have neither spent any exploring the software for themselves. If you try this you will find the answers you're looking for in very little time, and you'll probably feel more satisfied that you did so! :-)

   Please try reading the docs and doing a little searching. these are ALL questions that have already been asked AND answered thousands of times.

   Thanks guys. I didn't think to check out the docs. I had only gone through some of the previous posts pages. I had also used the search function but was obviously using the wrong search terms.

   Thanks for the heads up. I do appreciate it.
