My first thought is that it should be easy to restore from your last good backup copy of your theme files if it's custom theme code.

"This is Google's cache of //www.chrisryannyc.com/. It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on Dec 28, 2010 16:05:30 GMT"

You should be able to grab everything in your source code from there in the event that you don't keep regular backups of your files.

    A few things to check.

    1. Did you change your theme? If you did, it may have an effect on what sidebars show up and where.

    2. Did you check the "Inactive Widgets" on the Widgets page? The widgets you mention may still be there, and you can drag them back to whatever sidebars are available on the theme you're using.

    However can I repay you?

    just by reading these...

    WordPress Backups

    Child Themes

Altering the default twentyten theme will cause all of your changes to be lost the next time you upgrade. You should make sure that you have a backup copy of all your changes, or you should correctly rename the theme to avoid it being overwritten, or you should look into creating a twentyten child theme.

Glad you were able to put it back together so fast!

    :-)
