   I have multiple instances of WP on one host and I deleted one via fantastico and it seems to have deleted or made invalid the users in my other installations.

   I have very important data which seems to still be on the web however I can't log in???

   Did the uninstaller kill a mysql database? how is that possible? Help!? Thank you,

   Is there some conflict happening because all of my wordpress installations are not working now??

   The one linked to your profile and using the well-known Kubrick theme but saying it is your design... is working.
