I really need some help here,

I tried to install the latest WordPress update, and it won't allow me to. Below is the message that pops up when I try to update:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Plugin_Upgrader in /home/sportezo/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 632

    Try:
    - switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme's folder inside wp-content/themes and adding "-old" to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    - re-uploading all files & folders - except the wp-content folder - from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    - running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php

Also, in my WP Super Cache plugin it says:

Page caching is not available. The current add-in /home/sportezo/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php is either an incorrect file or an old version. De-activate the plugin, remove the file, then activate the plugin again.

    How do I upgrade manually?

    Navigate to http:;//your_domain/wpadmin/upgrade.php

    Page caching is not available.

Just rename wp-content/advanced-cache.php to wp-content/advanced-cache-old.php using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides for now.
