On all of my WordPress installs I have a button that says "export", but on one (my most important) install, I can't find this section anywhere. I'm migrating to a new server and desparately need to back up my install. Is there a way of manually doing this? Please help me!! Thanks!

Not sure why you don't see the Manage Export option but you might do a database backup to move to the new server.
