   Hi,

   This morning I suddenly cannot access my account and my blog has disappeared.

   When I go to log in page it says this or try to visit my blog it says:

   Warning: flagLoad::require_once(E:\domains\t\tesinfrared.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\flash-album-gallery/widgets/widgets.php) [flagload.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in E:\domains\t\tesinfrared.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\flash-album-gallery\flag.php on line 199

   Fatal error: flagLoad::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'E:\domains\t\tesinfrared.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\flash-album-gallery/widgets/widgets.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in E:\domains\t\tesinfrared.co.uk\user\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\flash-album-gallery\flag.php on line 199

   No Idea why it has done this or how to fix. I've set up this account to get message on forum.

   Hopefully someone can help or shine some light on this!

   Remove the Flash Album Gallery plugin via ftp.

   Thanks for the quick reply........I'm pulling my hair out!

   I apologise but I'm not the most computer savvy person. I know what FTP stands for and it's programs like File Zilla. But that's about it and I've never used them before.

   Is it as easy as you've said and will all my database files be there etc. Also will I be able to use my orginal account again?

   Sorry for the extra questions!

   FileZilla works just like Windows Explorer. Just navigate to the folder and delete the Flash Media Plugin.

   None of your database data will be affected. As soon as you remove the "bad" plugin everything will helpfully return to normal.
