Help - How do you list a Navbar with Categories (4 posts)

I have been trying to make my navbar list categories rather than pages so that when you click on it, it lists all the posts in that category.

Take a look at my site http://www.crystalgamer.com to see what I mean.

Please can someone tell me how to do this.
    Many thanks

Thanks very much for the information.

I looked at the link and read through but I am not sure where to edit the template tag on the theme editor. (Sorry I am a wordpress novice)

If someone can tell me where to edit the template tags, I would very greatly appreciate it.

    Many thanks.

With the help of the Stepping Into Templates article, determine what Template is displaying your nav bar (probably header.php), then edit that file.
