• I am having a serious problem that I’m hoping someone can help out with. My hosting account was erased and required a full recovery. This means I ended up with all my old file for wordpress in my old folders (settings are all screwed up, but that’s for another time) and a backup of my SQL database.

The database seems to have all my old posts, comments, tags, etc., in it, but I can’t seem to restore it correctly. It took me a while to even figure out how to get the right setting on the wp-config file, but I think I’ve done that now.

The first time WP accessed the DB, it found nothing and asked for a clean install. Now I have no posts ot comments or anything, but my admin page works.

Does anyone have a clue about how I would possible repopulate all the WP tables in the SQL DB with my old posts and everything else?!?!?!

    PLEASE HELP!!!!
