   I've installed JS shadowbox, and left the defaults, but all of my images show up as a new page like this one.

   http://creekmoreworld.com/2011/06/an-international-water-fight-on-the-dragon-river-asia-china-day-5/

   I must be doing something wrong and it's probably simple.

   Your theme appears to be missing <?php wp_footer(); ?> directly before the </body>. This generally appears in the themes footer.php

   I'm having the same problem. When I click on an image, they show as a new page. I've checked the fotter.php and it looks fine. Any other suggestions?

   It works fine on some of my older posts. I just recently installed the new wordpress 2011 theme.
