   Not sure what I did here but I somehow have a large white gap before my tags after my homepage post. It seemed to shift after I made templates for other pages (i think). What I think I should be able to do is put a margin-top: 15px on div#footer and take off the margin on the white background but I can't seem to get that to work. It seems so simple in my head ;)

   Any idea how I can fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

   What browser are you using? I'm seeing different problems between firefox and ie. If you find the issues there, your other issue may be resolved.
