Help - Front End Uploader Fields Are Hidden (5 posts)

    Hello.
After testing a form, fields are hidden. Meaning, they are still visible, but I cannot enter content into them. When viewing the fields in a web inspector, the input and textarea tags have an inline style of visibility: hidden.

I have tried multiple solutions and I cannot get any of them to work as planned.
    :-(

Can you post the shortcode you used to create the form?

    [fu-upload-form form_layout="post_image" post_type="fugitives" title=" "]
    [textarea name="post_title" class="textarea" id="ug_title" description="Title"]
    [textarea name="post_content" class="textarea" class="required" id="ug_caption" description="Description"]
    [input type="file" name="photo" id="ug_photo" description="Your Photo" multiple=""]
    [input type="submit" class="btn" value="Submit"]
    [/fu-upload-form]

I'd suggest finding where the styles are coming from. If you're using firefox on the the right side where it shows the styles in the inspector, it tells what file the style is in. It may be that your classes are getting set invisible by something else.

You could remove the class name "textarea" in the above code and see if changes anything. However, I don't know if the shortcode will work properly if the class is not that name.

    Hey frederickpolk,

The plugin doesn't add any inline styles by default. It's probably some third party javascript that hides inputs for whatever reason. Let me know if that helped.
