jlamar92we use podpress on our website and now for some reason we can't listen to the mp3 files i upload and it goes for a couple of seconds and just sits there and buffers and i upload through filezllia directly to the server and i use audacity to encode it to mp3 and the bitrate is 128 and 56 and some work better than others here is the link to the site http://www.shilohmennonite.com/?cat=2
